台中北平路這條美食戰區又有新戰力加入啦！2026.04開幕，這次進駐的是在台中已經頗有名氣的「盛煎」，中友店每次經過人都超多，沒想到2026年4月北平店也正式開幕了。店家主打各式北方麵點，從煎餃、鍋貼到餡餅應有盡有，裝潢新穎還採用QR code點餐。最吸引人的莫過於店內提供的飲料與冰淇淋吃到飽。
